Revised EU Regulation 95/93 as per 20 February, 2021

On February 20, 2021, a revised EU Regulation 95/93 (Slot Regulation) will entry into force. The revised regulation covers the entire IATA S21 season starting March 28 until and including October 30, 2021.

To assure a smooth and efficient slot allocation process, ACNL has published a Q&A document with practical information to provide airlines the best guidance possible.

This Q&A document was also sent to each airline individually on February 19, 2021 including a list attached to the Q&A comprising the number of slots that may be handed back as complete series to the slotpool of the coordinator, in order to receive full alleviation for S22.

On February 19, 2021 the European Airport Coordinators Association (EUACA) has updated its document for guidance under the revised slot regulation S21, which can be found here.
