In compliance with IATA Worldwide Slot Guidelines (WSG) and EU Council Regulation 95/93, as amended, ACNL will monitor allocated airport slots that have not been used (no-ops) and flights operated without an allocated airport slots (no-recs).
ACNL will apply the following procedure:
- The operator will receive a regular discrepancy report in case of no-ops and/or no-recs.
- The operators required to submit clarifications and request Force Majeure where applicable. Operators must reply not later than 5 business days after receiving a FDR.
NOOPS that did not classify as force majeure may have impact on the historic percentage rate of the involved series of slots. In case of repetitive misuse ACNL may withdraw the involved series of slots. NOOPS will be reported to the Dutch CAA (ILenT).
Operators that operated without an airport slot are being monitored. NORECS will be reported to the Dutch CAA (ILenT) for enforcement. An overview of these airlines may be published regularly.
