IATA Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines

These guidelines are revised and adapted regularly and taken into account by coordinators. In case these guidelines are in conflict with the existing Regulation, the Regulation prevails.

CAN I OBJECT TO AN ACNL DECISION OR COMPLAIN ABOUT ACNL?

Depending on the character of the objection or complaint, parties have the possibility to make an objection against an order of ACNL or make a complaint about the way ACNL treated a person or organisation. Next to that, members (i.e. air carriers and representative organisations of both commercial and general aviation) of the Coordination Committee Netherlands (CCN) can submit complaints about ACNL’s application of some articles of the Slot regulation to the CCN.

The Open Government Act (Wet open overheid, Woo) is the successor to the Government Information Act (Wet openbaarheid van bestuur, Wob) and regulates the right of citizens to information from the government. This gives everyone more insight into the actions of the government.
