ACNL will publish here five (5) policy rules to clarify in which way ACNL will operate regarding the concerning subjects. These policy rules have been consulted with the Coordination Committee Netherlands. At this moment the Policy Rule Slot Mobility, the Policy Rule Force Majeure for Use it or lose it Rule, the Policy Rule Day of Operations for Commercial Aviation and the Policy Rule Additional Allocation Criteria have been published. The policy rule Slot Mobility will be effective as of 15 June 2021. The Policy Rule Additional Allocation Criteria will be effective as of Summer 2022. The Policy Rule Joint Operations effective as of Summer 2022 will be published later.
CAN I OBJECT TO AN ACNL DECISION OR COMPLAIN ABOUT ACNL?
Depending on the character of the objection or complaint, parties have the possibility to make an objection against an order of ACNL or make a complaint about the way ACNL treated a person or organisation. Next to that, members (i.e. air carriers and representative organisations of both commercial and general aviation) of the Coordination Committee Netherlands (CCN) can submit complaints about ACNL’s application of some articles of the Slot regulation to the CCN.
