Updated version of WP Slot Allocation S22

As a result of actual developments, including the issuance of a draft delegated act by the European Commission for a temporary modification of the use-it or lose-it rule at EU airports covering the entire IATA S22 season, ACNL has published version 1.2 of Working Procedure Slot Allocation S22. The sections Reallocation of slots in the slotpool (post SAL) and Determination of historic rights of S22 (for S23) have been updated and a section Additional priority level for season S23 has been added.
