Addendum capacity declaration S19 Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Working Procedure Slot Allocation S19 updated

On July 5, 2019, Airport Coordination Netherlands (ACNL) and Coordination Committee Netherlands (CCN) were informed by Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) with regard to capacity to be added to the S19 capacity declaration. Please refer to the following documents:

Deadline for new requests

ACNL offers airlines the opportunity to add their request to the waitlist. To this end, ACNL will sent out a WIR to airlines on the waitlist on July 8, 2019.

Requests must be received as soon as possible but no later than July 11, 2019 23.59 UTC latest.

Remaining requests from Initial Submission have priority over new requests.

Slot allocation

ACNL starts allocating new capacity as from July 12, 2019.

Update of Working Procedure S19

The Working Procedure S19 has been updated to describe the procedure for the transfer of unused capacity from W18 to S19:

Aim of this Working Procedure is to provide information on the allocation process. The Working Procedure is not intended to constitute a formal policy rule in the sense of article 1:3 of the General Administrative Law act; the Working Procedure is a procedural instruction.

A copy of this updated Working Procedure will be sent to the Coordination Committee Netherlands (CCN).

Compared to the Working Procedure Slot Allocation S19 v1.0, ACNL made the following changes:

• Addition of article 7 about the transfer of unused capacity from W18.
• Article 7 from v1.0 has shifted to article 8.
