Airport Coordination Netherlands (ACNL) published four working procedures:
1. Working Procedure Slot Allocation W24
This is the seasonal general WP. In this WP ACNL provides additional information on the slot allocation process for W24 in accordance with Article 4:81 of the Dutch “Algemene wet bestuursrecht”(General Administrative Act).

2. Working Procedure Slot Allocation W24 AMS Exceedance of historic rights
This WP, based on the Policy Rule Slot Allocation in case of exceedance of historic rights, contains how ACNL will apply the criterion of proportionality with a holistic approach to solve the expected exceedance of three coordination parameters at AMS for W24 and provide air carriers with additional information regarding their slot requests at initial submission.

This WP, based on the Policy Rule Slot Allocation in case of exceedance of historic rights, contains how ACNL will apply the criterion of proportionality, where applicable with a numeric or holistic approach, to solve the expected exceedance of two coordination parameters at EIN for W24 and provide air carriers with additional information regarding their slot requests at initial submission.
