Publication capacity declaration RTM W18

ACNL has received the capacity declaration RTM W18 which includes a list of aircraft types.

Since this was presented by RTM in the Coordination Committee on 12 April 2018 and no questions or objections were raised by the members and the observers (including the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management), ACNL will start the allocation process W18 based on this capacity declaration.
