Policy Rule Slot allocation in case of exceedance of historic rights

Based on the draft capacity declaration of AMS, as send the Coordination Committee Netherland, ACNL may face a situation of exceeding historical rights. From its responsibility as a public body, ACNL makes clear through the Policy Rule “Slot allocation in case of exceedance of historic rights” in the sense of the Dutch General Administrative Law Act how it intends to act in such a situation. You can find the policy rule here.

A copy of this Policy Rule will be sent to the Coordination Committee Netherlands (CCN) to inform airlines.

The Policy Rule “Slot allocation in case of exceedance of historic rights” concerns the basic principles.   Before the ‘’Confirmation of final coordination parameters’’ (28 September 2023) ACNL will publish a working procedure to inform the airlines about how ACNL will apply the criterium of proportionality with a holistic approach and provides air carriers with additional information regarding their slot requests at initial submission.
