COVID-19 – UPDATED INFORMATION TO OPERATORS

The European Airport Coordinators Association (EUACA) did publish a position paper on a temporary exemption to the EU Slot Regulation use-it-or-lose-it rule due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

In the meantime the Dutch government confirmed to ACNL that it has requested the European Commission for a waiver as well.

At this moment the current policy for Force majeure still includes direct flights from/to China mainland (incl. Hong Kong) till and including April 30th, 2020.
Should the current policy change this message will be updated accordingly.
