Updated Policy Rule
The Policy Rule Force Majeure for Use-it or lose-it Rule has been updated and based on an update of the EUACA recommended practice EUSG 4 of 15 June 2023 (see here) , the Policy Rule is re-named and aligned. The Policy Rule is renamed to: “Policy Rule Justification Non Use of Slots for Use It or Lose It Rule”. See here.
