LOCAL RULES

Local rules for the allocation of slots or the monitoring of the use of allocated slots may be proposed by the Coordination Committee Netherlands (CCN) and should be approved by the Minister.

The local rules that are effective can be downloaded below and are applicable for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) only.

The local rule deals with Schedule Coordination for General Aviation (GA) at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). It includes provisions for the availability of slots for GA and exemptions.

Paragraph 5 B, exceptions for VFR operations, is not applicable as it is not consistent with Community law.

Effective: until futher notice

Schiphol local rule 2 dealed with the determination of historic rights and ad-hoc allocation of slots that become available after the Historic Baseline Date.

Local Rule 2 was effective: from W19 up until and including S21
