Policy Rules

ACNL will publish here five (5) policy rules to clarify in which way ACNL will operate regarding the concerning subjects. These policy rules have been consulted with the Coordination Committee Netherlands. At this moment the Policy Rule Slot Mobility is the first policy rule to be published.

The Policy Rule Force Majeure for Use it or lose it Rule and the Policy Rule Day of Operations for Commercial Aviation will be published successively . These three (3) policy rules will be effective as of 15 June 2021. The Policy Rule Additional Allocation Rules and the Policy Rule Joint Operations will be published later for the Summer 2022 season.
