Policy Rule Additional Allocation Criteria withdrawn

ACNL has included the application of the additional allocation criteria (WASG article 8.4.1.) in a policy rule. Amongst others, IATA and a number of home base carriers have objected to this in court. The judge today ruled that ACNL is forbidden to apply this policy rule for Northern Summer 2022 (S22) with immediate effect.

This policy rule is withdrawn as of today.

ACNL will receive the full verdict from the judge at a later date. Based on this, ACNL will determine how it will implement the additional allocation criteria as included in Article 8.4.1. of the WASG.
