ILT & ACNL published update of Slot Enforcement Code

Today ILT & ACNL published an update of the Slot Enforcement Code (SEC), v.1.1.

The SEC was published in July 2021 and describes what ILT and ACNL understand by the different forms of slot misuse, what sanctions can be imposed when and by whom.

V1.1 contains the following updates:

• SEC is also made applicable to general aviation (GA)
• Section 4.5 different way ops also applies for EIN and RTM. The described intervention scheme is applied.
• Section 4.8 different time ops. 60 minutes are applied for AMS (can be further narrowed in future), 15 minutes for EIN & RTM. The described intervention scheme is applied.
