EINDHOVEN AIRPORT

Starting from 01 January 2026, ACNL is the first point of contact for General Aviation slot requests. Requests must be submitted in IATA GCR format (instructions can be found in the IATA SSIM manual appendix K and on the ACNL website; for examples of GCR format click here). GCR requests must be send only to [email protected].

GA slots at EHEH/EIN cannot be requested earlier than rolling 15 days before the day of operation. ACNL allocates these GA slots on ad-hoc basis on the principle of “first come first serve”.
